DAY 1
PRE DAY: Arriving in Tanzania

Our Kilimanjaro adventure starts the Moment, on your arrival at Kilimanjaro international Airport / Arusha Airport, one of our welcoming transfer drivers will take you to your selected accommodation for the night, Rest in the afternoon or relax at the pool. Our operations team will meet you to check all your equipment and to give you a thorough briefing of what to expect on your Safari.
DAY 2
Game drive in Tarangire National Park
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camps in/near Tarangire
Pick up from the hotel of your choice in Arusha and set off for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy the ride through beautiful vistas of Mount Meru and unspoilt sceneries, Enjoy safari drives within this picturesque National Park, later drive for dinner and overnight at Lodge/Tented Camp on full Board Basis.
DAY 3
Game drive in lake Manyara National Park
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in/near Manyara
After breakfast, drive with picnic lunch boxes to Manyara National Park in time for lunch. Before and after lunch enjoy the beautiful panorama of the lake Manyara with different colorful birds species. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/Tented Camp on full Board Basis.
DAY 4
Ngorongoro Crater Tour
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in Serengeti
Enjoy a full day of safari drives inside the crater in private vehicle. Picnic lunch boxes will be provided. Late afternoon return to the lodge for relaxation and enjoy the facilities of this beautiful lodge. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/Tented Camp.
DAY 5
Transfer to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT

After breakfast at 08:00 am drive with picnic lunch boxes to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge, commonly named as “The Cradle of Mankind”-an archaeological excavation site and museum where fossils of ‘Early East Africa Man’ were discovered by the Leakey family. see the Wildebeest Migration Safari En-route to the accommodation, enjoy safari drives within this vast Savannah plains enjoying the splendors Serengeti, Dinner and overnight.
DAY 6
Game drive in Serengeti National Park
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in Serengeti
Today you have the full day to experience the Serengeti. Get up early for a morning game drive and to enjoy the sunrise at Serengeti National Park. Catch a glimpse of lions and other predators on their morning hunt. After lunch, you’ll then go for an afternoon game drive. Overnight stay in the Serengeti at Seronera Campsite/Lodge/Tented Camp on full board basis.
DAY 7
Serengeti - Lake Natron
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in Karatu/Natron
After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full day game drive in Serengeti National Park enjoy safari drives within this vast savannah plains enjoying the splendors Serengeti. After lunch, you’ll then go for an afternoon game drive. Overnight stay in the Karatu/Natron Campsite/Lodge/Tented Camp on full board basis.
DAY 8
Lake Natron - Arusha
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT

Our driver will drive you to Lake Natron. The drive is fairly long and you will reach Lodge / Tented Camp sometime after lunch. At the same time, the scenery on the way is picturesque and you will have an opportunity to see the local people, including Maasai tribesmen, as well as some African wildlife. After your check-in a guide will take you on a walking tour to Ngare Sero waterfall, and drive back to Arusha where your tour ends
The Tour Price Includes
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari.
- Pick up and drop off at Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha Airport.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2-7 and breakfast and lunch on day 8 of your trip.
- In case of a camping safari: camping gear like tents, camping mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, camping chairs, etc.
- Game drives and all park entry fees 18% VAT on tour fees and service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha to the parks and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price)
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide: -
- 8 setter Safari vehicle has 6 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- 6 setter Safari vehicle has 4 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget camping to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you(the prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Mid-range to high-end hotels/lodge/tented Camps according to the program, other prices are applicable for the other accommodation options).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast and Lunch on the first day, Dinner on the last day.
- Tanzania Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100.
- International and Domestic Flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Post accommodation in Arusha. If you wish, we can however assist you in finding a place that corresponds to your needs and budget.
- Flights or other transport to Arusha. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
