DAY 1
PRE: Arrival in Arusha
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Hotel/Lodge in Arusha
Our bush adventure starts the Moment, on your arrival at Kilimanjaro international Airport / Arusha Airport, one of our welcoming transfer drivers will take you to your choice accommodation for the night, Rest in the afternoon or relax at the pool. Our operations team will meet you to check all your equipment and to give you a thorough briefing of what to expect on your safari.
DAY 2
Arusha - Tarangire National Park
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in/near Tarangire
On your second day, you'll embark on an exciting adventure to Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its picturesque landscapes, especially its iconic baobab trees, and is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and countless bird species. You'll spend the day exploring the park, going on game drives, and getting acquainted with the unique ecosystem. Dinner will be served at the accommodation.
DAY 3
Transit to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll make your way to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa's most famous wildlife destinations. Your journey to the Serengeti itself can be a thrilling experience as you cross the vast plains of the park. Here, you'll have your first taste of the park's abundant wildlife, including the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros), and enjoy a sunset in this breathtaking wilderness.
DAY 4
Full Day in Serengeti National Park
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in Serengeti
Full day Serengeti National Park game drive including following the wildebeest migration. Dinner and overnight at lodge/Tented Camp in Serengeti National Park (F/B).
DAY 5
Ngorongoro Crater Tour
After an early breakfast, You will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports avast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Late afternoon transfer for dinner and overnight.
DAY 6
POST: Lake Manyara National Park (3 hours) - Back to Arusha
On your final day, you'll head to Lake Manyara National Park. This park is known for its diverse landscapes, from the shores of the alkaline lake to the lush groundwater forest and the open grasslands. You can expect to spot elephants, tree-climbing lions, and a wide variety of bird species. After Game Drive you will drive back to Arusha or Airport.
Camping Accommodation
The Tour Price Includes
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari.
- Pick up and drop off at Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha Airport.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2-5 and breakfast and lunch on day 6 of your trip.
- In case of a camping safari: camping gear like tents, camping mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, camping chairs, etc.
- Game drives, Concession fees, Accommodation, All park entry fees, Government tax 18% VAT on tour fees and Service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha to the parks and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price)
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide: -
- 8 setter Safari vehicle has 6 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- 6 setter Safari vehicle has 4 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget camping to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you (The prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Camping | Basic | Budget | Standard | Mid-range | Luxury | Superior or V.I.P hotels / lodges / tented camps according to your choice).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast and Lunch and on the first day and dinner on the last day.
- Tanzania Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100.
- International and Domestic Flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Post accommodation in Arusha. If you wish, we can however assist you in finding a place that corresponds to your needs and budget.
- Flights or other transport to Arusha. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
