Tanzania Safari on this 4-day private camping/lodge safari to get a first glimpse of Tanzania’s highlights. During 4×4 game drives explore to the legendary Ngorongoro Crater and be on the look-out for Africa’s “Big Five”. This short 4-day safari can be done all year round. It is perfect for travelers who want to come across a large variety of wildlife but only have limited time. To avoid long transfers, this safari puts a focus on the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park as they are all within three-hour of Arusha.

DAY 1
Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in/near Ngorongoro
Pick you from hotel early in the morning heading to Ngorongoro Crater. You might be able to spot the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard – After embarking on your journey to the Ngorongoro Crater. The animals roam freely through the unfenced reserves offering you an uninterrupted game viewing experience. You will spend the evening and night at Simba Campsite/lodge/tented camp in Ngorongoro.
DAY 2
Transfer to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge

After breakfast, at 07:00 am drive with picnic lunch boxes to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge, commonly named as “The Cradle of Mankind”-an archaeological excavation site and museum where fossils of ‘Early East Africa Man’ were discovered by the Leakey family. see the Wildebeest Migration Safari En-route to the accommodation, enjoy safari drives within this vast savannah plains enjoying the splendors Serengeti, Dinner and overnight.
DAY 3
Full Day in Serengeti National Park (Central Seronera)

A Lodge/Tented Camp in Serengeti
Today you have the full day to experience the Serengeti. Get up early for a morning game drive and to enjoy the sunrise at Serengeti National Park. Catch a glimpse of lions and other predators on their morning hunt. After lunch, you’ll then go for an afternoon game drive. Overnight stay in the Serengeti at Seronera Campsite/Lodge/Tented Camp on full board basis.
DAY 4
Serengeti National Park to Arusha Town

After breakfast you will pack everything then start game en roots of you may spot again many wildlife animals like a lion, cheetah, hyenas, zebra, wildebeest and so many then have your lunch at any picnic site arranged by your Guide and thereafter drive to KIA/Arusha Airport or Arusha town for overnight.

The Tour Price Includes
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari.
- Pick up and drop off at Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha Airport.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Lunch and dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2-3 and breakfast on day 4 of your trip.
- In case of a camping safari: camping gear like tents, camping mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, camping chairs, etc.
- Game drives, Concession fees, Accommodation, All park entry fees, Government tax 18% VAT on tour fees and Service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha to the parks and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price)
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide: -
- 8 setter Safari vehicle has 6 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front).
- 6 setter Safari vehicle has 4 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front).
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget camping to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you (The prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Budget/Standard/Mid-range or Luxury hotels/lodges/tented Camps according to the program).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast on the first day and lunch & dinner on the last day.
- Tanzania Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100.
- International and Domestic Flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Pre and after safari accommodation at the hotel, 2 nights in your chosen hotel/lodge/resort in Arusha with bed & breakfast (BB) Meal.
- Flights or other transport to Arusha. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Serengeti Black Rhinos Project (Moru Kopjes) fees: US$ 100 + 35US$ (VAT18% & other fees) Per Person Per Day (Option, If you need).
- Serengeti balloon ride, per person Adult (Above 16yrs) $599, Child (7-16yrs) $545. {Central All year round, Western 15th May - 30th Oct, and North 15th June - 15th Jan} Daily launch at dawn (6:30am) returning approx. 9:45am.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
