DAY 1
Arrival Day and Welcome to Tanzania

Whatever your arrival time at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your Kim Tours driver-guide will be waiting for you with a warm welcoming smile. Kick back and relax in your comfortable vehicle as he takes you to your hotel in Arusha, Tanzania’s self-styled ‘safari capital.’ On your journey to the hotel, you will get a brief impression of this large, bustling, commercial city. DAY 2
Serengeti National Park (Central) > Explore a Big Five.

A Lodge/Tented Camp in Serengeti
After breakfast, we will journey Arusha to reach the central part of the Serengeti, a journey of 385km which will take us around 6 ½ hours. After lunch, we begin to explore this most famous of our national parks with our afternoon game-drive. Breakfast is served at your Arusha hotel, which will also prepare your lunch to be enjoyed by you out on safari. Your dinner will be a full, cooked meal created by the team at the Serengeti Lodge|Tented Camp
DAY 3
Central Serengeti - Western Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, and a morning game-drive en-route, we set off to our next destination, the Western Serengeti, a journey of 80km with an expected time of around 2 ½ hours. On arrival, we take lunch and have an afternoon game drive. Breakfast will be provided by your Central Serengeti. Lunch will be a nutritious and balanced meal, served to you while you are out on safari. Your evening meal will be a full, dinner provided by Serengeti Lodge | Camp
DAY 4
Serengeti National Park (Western) > Incredible Landscapes.

A Lodge/Tented Camp in Serengeti
In Migration times, your driver-guide will do all he can to ensure you witness a crossing. If you didn’t see one yesterday, then today offers another possibility. But the Western Corridor has much more to offer. A favorite amongst our visitors is the collection of hippo pools: as they wallow throughout daylight hours in the mud, this really is wildlife-spotting at its easiest! Your meal will be a full, dinner provided by the Serengeti Lodge| Camp
DAY 5
North Serengeti National Park (Kogatende)

After breakfast, and a morning game-drive en-route, we set off back to our next destination, the Central Serengeti, a journey of 80km with an expected time of around 2 ½ hours. On arrival, we take lunch and have an afternoon game drive. Breakfast is served at your North Serengeti, which will also prepare your lunch to be enjoyed by you out on safari. Your dinner will be a full, meal created by the team at the lodge/tented Camp your select.

Serengeti National Park (Kogatende)> Following the Migration

Today on our trip-of-a-lifetime we turn north, driving to the very northern edge of the Serengeti, our world-famous national park and – of course - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Journey: Central to Northern Serengeti After breakfast, our journey from Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti will take around 5 hours, with plenty of changing landscapes and wildlife highlights to see along the route. Your dinner will be a full provided.
DAY 7
Departure (Arusha Airport / Kilimanjaro International Airpor

Upon request at extra cost
After a relaxing breakfast, we leave our Northern Serengeti accommodation and we travel/return to arusha by our vehicle (will take 7 hours) or transfer to Kogatende airstrip for your flight back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport (‘KIA’). Your two-hour flight represents a last chance to see beautiful Tanzania - this time, from above. At the airport, you will be met by an Kim Tours driver who will take you to lunch. No dinner today.

The Tour Price Includes
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari.
- Pick up and drop off at Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha Airport.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2-6 and breakfast and lunch on day 7 of your trip.
- A camping safari: camping gear like tents, camping mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, camping chairs, etc.
- Game drives and all park entry fees 18% VAT on tour fees and service which cost nearly 60% of the total cost.
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha to the parks and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price)
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide: -
- 8 setter Safari vehicle has 6 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- 6 setter Safari vehicle has 4 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget camping to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you (The prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Budget | Standard | Mid-range or Luxury hotels / lodges / tented camps according to your choice).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast and Lunch on the first day and dinner on the last day.
- Tanzania Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100.
- International and Domestic Flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Serengeti Black Rhinos Project (Moru Kopjes) fees: US$ 100 + 35US$ (VAT18% & other fees) Per Person Per Day (Option, If you need).
- Serengeti balloon ride, per person Adult (Above 16yrs) $599, Child (7-16yrs) $545. {Central All year round, Western 15th May - 30th Oct, and North 15th June - 15th Jan} Daily launch at dawn (6:30am) returning approx. 9:45am (Option, If you need).
- Accommodation in Arusha. If you wish, we can however assist you in finding a place that corresponds to your needs and budget.
- Flying to Serengeti from Arusha. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
