DAY 1
Dar es Salaam-Mikumi National Park

Depart Dar Es Salaam early morning to Mikumi for starting your safari to Mikumi and Udzugwa, on arrival lunch at the camp/Lodge, afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight Camp/Lodge which you can watch a procession of animals visiting the waterholes either from the comfort of your own verandah, having a cool drink at the bar or whilst dining. Dinner and overnight at Budget | Standard | Midrange Tented Camp or Lodge.
DAY 2
Mikumi National Park Safari
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in Mikumi
Early breakfast at the lodge, around 7:30am. Drive to Mikumi National Park for full day game safari drive with your packed lunch, enjoy the evening with a sunset dinner and overnight at Budget | Standard | Midrange Tented Camp or Lodge.
DAY 3
Walking Safari Transfer to Udzungwa Mountain National Park
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camp in Mikumi
After breakfast, start walking in this beautiful park enjoying its stunning natural beauty. Picnic lunch in the bush before exploring the area, including the wonderful Sanje waterfall, endemic Red Colobus Monkey and beautiful scenery. Experience the sunset before return to Mikumi Lodge for dinner. Overnight at Budget | Standard | Midrange Tented Camp or Lodge.
DAY 4
Game Drive to Ruaha National Park

Early breakfast at Mikumi Safari Lodge. Check out and transfer to Ruaha Hilltop Lodge while enjoying the beauty flora and fauna. Lunch, dinner and overnights overnight at Budget | Standard | Midrange Tented Camp or Lodge.

Game Drive to Ruaha National Park

Breakfast at Ruaha Hilltop Lodge. Full day game drive at Ruaha National Park. Dinner and overnight at Budget | Standard | Midrange Tented Camp or Lodge.
DAY 6
Reserved for Departure - Drop off in Iringa Airstrip

Breakfast at your chosen lodge | tented camp or lodge, Drive to Iringa town en-route to the airstrip for your flight. Fly back to Dar es Salaam

The Tour Price Includes
- Airstrips pick up & drop off
- Flight from Iringa to Dar es Salaam.
- 5 night accommodation and meals.
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari.
- Hiking to Udzugwa National Park & Visit to snake park / Maasai cultural tour.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Lunch and Dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2-5 and breakfast on day 6 of your trip.
- Game drives and all park entry fees 18% VAT on tour fees and service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha to the parks and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price)
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide.
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget camping to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you (The prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Basic/Budget/Standard/Mid-range/Luxury/Superior or VIP hotels/lodges/tented camps according to your choice).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast on the first day, Lunch and dinner on the last day.
- Tanzania Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100.
- International and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Post accommodation in Dar es Salaam. If you wish, we can however assist you in finding a place that corresponds to your needs and budget.
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 15-25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
